Debt Collection 101 - Debt Collectors
Have No Right To Harass You

Dect Collectors and Debt Collection Companies Are Crossing The Lines
Like thugs and common street criminals, way too many debt collectors and debt collection companies have made it a habit of harassing debtors and alleged debtors. The abuse has become so prevalent that the debt collection industry receives more complaints than any industry in the nation.

The tactics these rogue debt collectors use is straight out of the Mafia handbook on intimidation. They have threatened physical harm, arrest and incarceration, bodily harm, sexual assault and used some of the vilest language you could imagine. They call all hours of the night, including 12am in the morning and even show up at alleged debtors homes in the wee hours of the night. I’ve even seen them attempt to collect debts from people who had filed bankruptcy!

Let’s get one thing straight; the LAW does not allow debt collectors to harass you!

The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, State Laws and the laws that govern the Debt Statute of Limitations for each state protects you from being harassed, even if you actually owe the money! But those powerful laws mean nothing to you if you don’t know them! Debt collectors can only call you certain hours of the day. If you advise them to stop calling and stop contacting you, they must or face stiff penalties. They cannot threaten you. They cannot publicly publish information about you or broadcast your information to your neighbors, relatives, family or friends. But guess what? These are tactics they use literally everyday.

Watch these two videos to see for yourself how far debt collectors are willing to cross the line. If your are being harassed, you need to learn your rights and fight back!
