2. You and your organization, affiliates, associates, and subsidiaries are hereby ordered to immediately CEASE & DESIST in any and all attempts to collect the above alleged debt. Failure to comply with this legal and binding notice will result in me seeking legal remedies as allowed and enforced by Federal and State laws.

3. For purposes of evidence, let this notice also serve as your warning that I may utilize electronic devices as allowed by law in order to record and document any further attempts and/or communication by you.

4.
